About: Prepayment

Overview

Prepayment is a one-time amount paid upfront, based on your credit check results to help you get the device and plan you want.

This amount isn’t extra and it will be applied back to your monthly bill over 24 months in equal installments

How it Works

Whether youre a new customer, adding a line to your account or upgrading your phone, a prepayment may be required to complete your transaction and get you the plan and phone you want. The prepayment amount will be calculated during checkout and must be paid to complete your order.

The amount you pay will be applied to your bill in equal installments over the next 24 months to lower your monthly bill. Important: Taxes will not apply to the prepayment amount.
