4. Big Gig Unlimited Plans Data Policy
Freedom Mobile’s Big Gig Unlimited data plans include (depending on your selected plan) from 10GB to 25GB of Fast LTE (full-speed) data on the Freedom Network, as well as from 500MB to 2GB of Fast LTE (full-speed) data on the Freedom Nationwide Network (see freedommobile.ca/ coverage). Freedom Mobile’s Big Gig Unlimited data Canada-U.S. plans include (depending on your selected plan) from 10GB to 30GB of Fast LTE (fullspeed) data on the Freedom Network, as well as from 3GB to 5GB of Fast LTE (full-speed) data on the Freedom Nationwide Network or in the U.S. Once your Fast LTE (full-speed) allotment is depleted, you will continue to have access to data services, with no data overage fees, but at a slower speed – of up to 256 kilobits per second (for downloads) and 128 kilobits per second (for uploads) on the Freedom Network, and up to 128 kilobits per second (for downloads) and 64 kilobits per second (for uploads) on the Nationwide Network or, in the case of the Big Gig Unlimited data Canada-U.S. plan, in the U.S. – until the end of your current billing cycle. Applications such as web browsing, email, instant messaging, voice over IP services, or low-quality audio streaming will continue to work, but at a slower speed. Applications that normally require greater bandwidth, such as video streaming or peer-to-peer file sharing will also continue to work, but the slower speed may affect application performance. We will send you a text message notifying you when you have used 70% and 100% of the Fast LTE (full-speed) allotment included in your plan, at which point you may choose to purchase a Fast LTE (full-speed) add-on to add more full-speed data to your plan. In all cases, usage is subject to the Freedom Mobile Terms of Service and Fair Usage Policy.
5. Home Internet Offer

To be eligible for the promotion, you must activate a new Freedom Home Internet service during the promotion period. Freedom Home Internet is not available in all regions. 14. Visual Voicemail One Month Trial
The One Month Trial of Visual Voicemail offer is available for a limited time and is subject to change or cancellation without notice. The Visual Voicemail add-on is only available to customers that subscribe to a plan with data allotment and are on a compatible device. For more details, click here. You will receive a one-time $4 credit for the first full month of your Visual Voicemail subscription, which will appear in your monthly bill. To be eligible to receive the $4 credit for the One Month Trial of Visual Voicemail offer, you must (i) be subscribed to a plan and on a device that is compatible with the Visual Voicemail add-on, as outlined above, and (ii) subscribe to Visual Voicemail. 19. Samsung Phone + Tablet Offer

To be eligible for the promotion, you must: a) activate a new service or upgrade your phone to an Eligible Samsung Phone with MyTab on a current in-market $40/month (after Digital Discount) or higher plan and b) activate a new service on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet with MyTab, along with the Promo Tablet 15 plan. 21. $20/3GB Add-a-Line Promotion

To be eligible for the $20 add-a-line offer, you must activate a new additional Prepaid or Postpaid line on the Promo Freedom 3GB Additional Line plan on a new or existing Freedom Mobile account that has at least one other existing line on a $25/mo. or more plan (before Digital Discount). You are only eligible to add this plan to one line per account. You will no longer be eligible for this plan if you a) no longer have at least one other line on your account on a plan with a minimum monthly recurring charge of $25/mo. (before Digital Discount), b) the total number of lines on your account drops to a number lower than the total number of lines on your account as of November 22, 2021, c) port your number away from Freedom Mobile, d) cancel your line, or e) have an account that is no longer in good standing. 22. Prepaid Bonus Data Offer

You will receive an additional one (1) gigabyte of data per month as long as you remain active and in good standing on the Eligible Plan. 23. Add-a-Line Offer
The Add-a-Line Offer is available to new or existing customers who activate one or more additional Postpaid lines on their account on or after March 23, 2021. You will receive either a $5/mo. discount per new additional line off the monthly price of an eligible in-market plan with a recurring monthly rate plan charge of $40 to $70 (after Digital Discount) for up to 24 months as long as you remain active, in good standing, and remain subscribed to an eligible in-market plan with a recurring monthly rate plan charge of $40 to $70 (after Digital Discount). The credits will start to be applied to your account as a bill adjustment before tax within 30 days of activation. A maximum of five lines per account are eligible for the discount. A line on your account will no longer be eligible for the promotion if you: a) change the rate plan on that line to a non-Eligible Plan; b) cancel any line on your account that was already active prior to the start of the promotion on March 23, 2021, or c) cancel your line. SBE will provide limited warranty coverage up to 1 (one) year. Warranty coverage that is provided is for any functional defect found and does not cover any cosmetic related defects that can happen due to normal wear and tear or damages caused by the user. The customer is obligated to ship the device to SBE at their own volition and is responsible for the cost of shipping. SBE will cover the cost of the return of the shipment back to the customer. Any device found to be NFF (no fault found) or any customer induced damage (including but not limited to: physical damages to the device, liquid contamination of the device that would not be present had the device been used correctly by following) would be subjected to a quote and not covered by this limited warranty.
