HOW TO ENROLL

Available for new device activation or device upgrades within 30 days of purchase. Talk to a Freedom Mobile Agent for device inspection and enrolment. Once enrolled, the Phone Protection Plan will be added to your monthly bill. If you upgrade your device, you will stay enrolled in the program and protection will roll over onto your new device.

OUR EASY SERVICE REQUEST PROCESS

Follow our 4-step process to get help with your damaged phone.

  1. Visit protect.likewize.com/freedommobile or call 1-855-975-7794. 

  2. Tell us what happened. 

  3. Pay $39 for a screen damage repair request or $129 for any other service request.

  4. Get your device repaired or replaced. Service requests must be filled within 60 days of the device failure and completed within 60 days of the file date.
