Overview

We recommend a “set-it-and-forget-it” approach with Auto Pay to make your monthly payments, but we offer several simple payment options.

A $2.00 assisted payment fee may apply for select payment options.

Pre-Authorized Payments

Auto Pay

The most convenient way to pay for your services is by signing up for Auto Pay. This may also allow you to redeem the Digital Discount promotion.

For Postpaid accounts, your monthly bill will automatically be charged to your card on your due date. For Prepaid services, you will choose the date and amount to pre-authorize.

Important: If you are subscribed to the Freedom Prepaid By The Year plan, we do not recommend signing up for Auto Pay.

You can also set up recurring payments on your debit card with our pre-authorized payment plan. To sign-up, fill out the form and return it to us by mail, email or fax (see form for details).

Bank Payments

You also have the option to set up automatic bill payments directly with your bank. This gives you control of the payee, value and frequency of payment. No more bills to remember, all while maintaining control of your finances.

To setup an automatic bill payment you will add Freedom Mobile as a Payee, using the following details:

  • Payee: Freedom Mobile

  • Account Number: [14 digit Freedom Mobile Account Number]

For additional support setting up automatic bill payments contact your banking institution.

If you are making a payment through an online banking system, please allow time for the payment to reach our system. Online banking payments typically take 3-5 business days for processing, so plan accordingly.

To avoid a delay in your payment posting, or to resume your services immediately, you can choose to make a payment online by credit card instead.

One-Time Payments

Online

Paying online is the fastest way to pay your bill. You can make a payment online in two ways:

Option 1: Login to My Account or use our Express Payment Portal.

  • .Assisted Payment Fee: none.

  • Pay with: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Visa Debit.

Over the Phone

To make a payment over the phone dial 611 from your phone and follow the prompts.

  • Assisted Payment Fee: $2.00 if assisted by an agent.

  • Pay with: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Visa Debit.

In-store

To have a representative assist you with your payment you may also visit a store.

  • Assisted Payment Fee: $2.00

  • Pay with: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (varies by location), Visa Debit, or Cash.

Prepaid Top-Ups

Prepaid customers also have the option to use a top-up to make a payment. Purchase a top-up code or card at a participating retailer and follow the included instructions.

Payment Arrangements

We do not offer alternate payment arrangements. Costs associated with your Postpaid service require full payment within 15 days of the date issued (as listed on your bill). Failure to pay within the posted due date will result in potential interest charges and may result in interruptions to your service.

A “promise to pay” may be possible in exceptional circumstances to offer an additional 7 days to make payments.
