Overview

If you want to take a “set-it-and-forget-it” approach to your monthly payments and redeem the Digital Discount promotion, we recommend signing up for Auto Pay.

Sign up for Auto Pay directly in My Account.

Important: If you are subscribed to the Freedom Prepaid By The Year plan, we do not recommend signing up for Auto Pay.

Accepted Payment Methods

Postpaid customers have the option to set up Auto Pay with a credit card, Visa debit card and directly from your bank account. Your payment will be taken on your bill due date.

Prepaid customers can set up Auto Pay using credit cards or Visa Debit only. Prepaid customers will need to choose the date and amount to pre-authorize.

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express (AMEX)

To set up recurring payments from your bank or debit card with our Auto Pay debit option, fill out this form and return it to us by mail, email or fax. See form for details. Just remember, you'll need to ensure that the billing address for your credit card matches the address we have on file for you.

Setting Up Auto Pay

To set up or make changes to your Auto Pay in My Account, follow the steps below once logged into My Account:

  1. Navigate to the My Profile tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Credit Card section and select Activate Auto Pay.

  3. Enter your credit card information. Accept the terms and conditions and Confirm to complete setting up Auto

  4. Pay.

Auto Pay for Home Internet Service

If you also have Home Internet service, you’ll need to make updates for each service separately.

To change or update your Auto Pay credit card information for your Home Internet service, follow the steps below once logged into My Account:

  1. Select the option to View Your Home Internet.

  2. Select Manage Auto Pay.

  3. Enter your credit card information.

  4. Accept the terms and conditions and Confirm to complete setting up Auto Pay.
