Overview

My Account is the part of our website that lets you manage your service, check your usage and much more.

How to Login to My Account

To login for the first time, you'll need to know your phone number and temporary PIN that was sent to you by text message and email.

Take the steps below to login to My Account.

Step 1: Access the My Account page

  • You’ll need your phone number and PIN or Username and Password to get access.

Step 2: Complete Account Verification.

  • To complete account verification, you’ll need to select a phone number or email address from the available options to receive a security code.

Important: If you’ve previously logged in and “Trusted this Device”, you’ll skip this step.

Step 3: View your Overview

  • After logging in, you will be in the Overview section, where you can see a highlight of your account including your billing information, set up Auto Pay, make a one-time payment, view your plan and device details.

Protecting your account

Freedom Mobile is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your account information, and we take this obligation seriously.

  1. We will ensure your personal and account information is not shared with others without your consent.

  2. We will help protect you against fraudulent activity, and unauthorized access to your personal/account details.

    • To receive account specific support through our support channels you will be required to verify your account with your name, phone number/account number, and PIN.

    • To access My Account, you will be required to complete two (2) factor authentication in which your phone number and PIN are required, amongst additional information.
