About: Home Internet Billing

Overview

You’ll receive a separate bill for your Freedom Home Internet and Freedom Mobile services.

You still have access to your Home Internet bills in My Account. Simply navigate between the tab for ‘Mobile’ and a tab for ‘Home Internet’.

Where to find your Bill

You can view and download your Home Internet bill directly in My Account. Once logged into My Account, select the ‘Home Internet’ tab to access your bills.

For additional billing history, to request a printed copy of your Home Internet bill or toupdate the email address that we use for your Home Internet bill , please message us.

Important: On your credit card or banking statement, Home Internet billing will appear as a charge from ‘Shaw Cablesystems’.

Making a Payment

You can set up Auto Pay or make a one-time payment for your Home Internet bill in My Account. Once logged in My Account select the ‘Home Internet' tab:

  • To make a one-time payment using a credit card, select “Pay Now”

  • To set up Auto Pay or make changes, select “Manage Auto Pay”.

Important: If you have Home Internet and Mobile services, you’ll need to make separate payments for Mobile and Home Internet services, if you are making a one-time payment.

Setting Up Auto Pay

You can change or update your Auto Pay credit card information directly in  My Account. Once logged in, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the option to View Your Home Internet.

  2. Select Manage Auto Pay.

  3. Enter your credit card information.

  4. Accept the terms and conditions and Confirm to complete setting up Auto Pay.

Important: If you have Home Internet and Mobile services, you’ll need to update Auto Pay information separately for each service, as updating Auto Pay information for Home Internet does not update Auto Pay information for your Mobile services.
