Overview

Your Home Internet billing depends on the Home Internet service you have. You may receive separate bills for your Freedom Home Internet and Freedom Mobile services.


  • If you are using an eero Router and Cable Modem or an XB6 Gateway, you’ll receive a separate bill for your Home Internet service.

  • If you have Freedom 5G Home Internet, youll receive one bill for your Freedom 5G Home Internet and Mobile services.


No matter which Home Internet service you have, you can view your bills anytime in My Account.

Where to find your Bill

You can view and download your Home Internet bill directly in My Account. The steps to access your bill in My Account will vary, depending on the Home Internet service and equipment you are using.

Making a Payment

You can make a one-time payment for your Home Internet bill in My Account. Once again, the steps to make a payment will vary, based on the type of Home Internet service and equipment you are using.

Important: If you are using an eero Router and Cable Modem or an XB6 Gateway for Home Internet, you’ll need to make separate payments for Mobile and Home Internet services.

Setting Up Auto Pay

You can update your Auto Pay credit card information directly in My Account. Steps will vary, based on the type of Home Internet service and equipment you are using.

Important: If you are using an eero Router and Cable Modem or an XB6 Gateway for Home Internet, you’ll need to update Auto Pay information separately for each service, as updating Auto Pay information for Home Internet does not update Auto Pay information for your Mobile services.
