You can make a one-time payment for your Home Internet bill in My Account. Once again, the steps to make a payment will vary, based on what equipment you are using.

Important: If you have Home Internet and Mobile services, you’ll need to make separate payments for Mobile and Home Internet services.

Setting Up Auto Pay

You can update your Auto Pay credit card information directly in My Account. Steps will vary, based on what equipment you are using.

Important: If you have Home Internet and Mobile services, you’ll need to update Auto Pay information separately for each service, as updating Auto Pay information for Home Internet does not update Auto Pay information for your Mobile services.
