Overview

Your Freedom Home Internet and TV services is billed separately Freedom Mobile services unless you are using 5G Home Internet. You can view and manage your Home Internet and TV bills directly in My Account.

How Billing Works

Freedom Home Internet and TV services are prepaid on a monthly basis. Payments are due on the first of each month, and there are no contracts or term commitments. Youre free to cancel your service at any time without penalty. If you add or make changes to your services during the month, prorated charges will apply.

Where to find your Bill

Once logged into My Account:

1. Navigate to Manage Internet & TV.
2. Click Billing Details.

To access your previous bills and payment history:

1. Navigate to Manage Internet & TV in My Account.
2. Click Payment History.

Important: On your credit card statement, Freedom Home Internet and Freedom TV will appear as a charge from ‘Freedom Home.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  1. Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

  2. Visa Debit or MasterCard debit.

  3. Pre-Authorized bank payment.

Setting Up Auto Pay

To set up Auto Pay, login to My Account. Once logged in, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Manage Internet & TV.

  2. Select Pay Now Enter your payment details.

  3. Authorize automatic monthly payments.
