Make a Payment for Prepaid

Step 1: Login to MyAccount

Step 2: Click on "View Billing Details"

After logging in, you will land on the Dashboard, where you can see an overview of your Current Balance, Billing Period, and Last Payment – as well as various links to view other sections of your MyAccount. Click on the “View Billing Details” button.

Step 3: Review Billing Details

From the “Billing Details” page of your MyAccount. Click on the “Top Up Now” button to proceed.

Step 4: Select a Payment Method

Make sure the phone number entered is the service you would like to make a payment on. “Pay with a credit card” will be preselected. Select the option you would like to use and click “Continue”

Step 5: Enter the Amount

Enter the payment amount you’d like to submit, and click “Continue”.

Step 6: Enter Payment Information

If you already have a credit card saved to your MyAccount, you can click click “Continue”. If not, you will have to manually enter your credit card information and then click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 7: Confirm Payment Details

Review your payment amount and card number, and click “Top Up Now” to submit your payment.

Step 8: Confirmation

Your payment has been processed! You can click the “Print this Confirmation” button to print the page. If your payment does not go through, make sure that the credit card information you entered in the previous steps was correct.
