About: Updates to your Home Internet Service

Overview

If you activated your Freedom Home Internet service in 2023 or earlier, recent system updates mean this service is no longer supported. As a result, some customers using the XB6 Gateway had their service disconnected as of April 8, 2026.

Customers who are still connected will need to select a new Home Internet plan and equipment to avoid service disruption.


If you’ve already lost service, we still have options available to help you get reconnected.

If you haven't switched to a new Home Internet plan and your service is currently disconnected, we're here to help. Getting set up again is quick and easy.


Already a Freedom Mobile subscriber?

View our new Home Internet plans and sign up effortlessly in My Account or call us at 18555533736 any day between 8AM to 10PM (local time) if you need help choosing a plan.

Not currently a Freedom Mobile subscriber?

Home Internet is available to Freedom Mobile subscribers only. Explore our bundled Mobile and Home Internet plans and take advantage of added credits. Visit us in store for help choosing a plan.

Returning your Equipment

You can complete your return with two easy steps:

  1. Package your hardware, including any originally included components, into a box and affix the shipping label that you were emailed. If you need a new shipping label, you can create a FedEx return label using a desktop computer.

  2. Drop your hardware off at the nearest FedEx outlet.

You must complete your return within 30 days to be eligible for a refund of the $100 unreturned equipment fee and applicable taxes.

Important: Equipment returns cannot be processed in-store.

Your Final Bill

View your final bill

You can view and download your past Home Internet bills directly in My Account.

Sign in and select the Home Internet tab to access your bill.

Your final bill will include $100 unreturned equipment fee plus applicable taxes. This amount will be fully refunded once the equipment is returned.

Pay your final bill

Once you log into My Account, select the Home Internet tab.

Choose Pay Now from the available options to make your final bill payment.
