How To: Suspend your Freedom Service

Overview

We have a couple of options to suspend your service, depending on why you would like to suspend your service.

Vacation Pass

Vacation Pass allows you to temporarily pause your service for $15.00 per month (plus applicable tax) for up to 12 months per year!

To be eligible for the Vacation Pass you must:

  1. be a Postpaid customer,

  2. not have an active MyTab, and

  3. your account must be in good standing i.e., not be suspended due to non-payment.

Voluntary Suspension

Have a lost or stolen device? You can temporarily suspend your service to avoid unauthorized usage.

Take the following steps to suspend your line through My Account:

  1. Log into My Account

  2. Navigate to the My Profile tab

  3. Scroll down and select the option to Suspend your service.

  4. Accept the term and conditions and click Suspend My Service to complete the process.

Important: While voluntary suspension ensures usage on your device is not available, you will continue to be responsible for your regular monthly invoice.
