How To: Change your Freedom Home Internet Plan

Overview

You can update your Freedom Home Internet plan anytime through My Account. Plan changes are scheduled in advance but will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If your needs have changed, you can upgrade or switch your Internet plan based on what’s available in your area. Plan options and speeds may vary by location.

When Changes Take Effect

Your new plan will begin on the first day of your next billing cycle. Until then, your current plan will remain active through the end of your existing billing period.

Billing Changes

When you submit a plan change, you’ll be charged for your upcoming month of service at that time. Your updated plan will start with your next billing cycle, and your following bill will reflect the new Internet plan.

Steps in My Account

You can update your Internet plan directly in My Account. Once logged in follow the steps below:

  1. Select Manage Internet & TV

  2. Scroll to the Internet section

  3. Select Change My Plan

  4. Choose your new plan and confirm

Once submitted, we’ll schedule the change to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
