PUK Codes

If you’ve enabled a PIN code on your device, you’ll be asked to enter it each time you restart your phone. If you enter the PIN incorrectly three times, your SIM card will be blocked.

If this happens, you'll need a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) code to unlock your SIM card and regain access to your mobile service. The PUK Code is a unique security code associated with your SIM card that is used to unblock and reset it.

If your device is asking for a PUK code, contact us for assistance.
