As we are in the process of rolling out internet, serviceability will vary based on service address and on where access/technology permits. Check your address to confirm if you are eligible for Freedom Home Internet.

Cancelling your Service

To begin the cancellation process, please contact us. Once an agent has processed your cancellation, we request that you return the equipment within 30 days.

Returning your Equipment

You can complete your return with three easy steps:

  • After contacting us, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Package your hardware, including any originally included components, into a box and affix the shipping label that you were emailed.

  • Drop your hardware off at the nearest outlet.

Important: Equipment returns cannot be processed in-store.
