Voluntary Cancellation/Port Out

If you requested to cancel your service without porting out your number, you:

  • Will not be able to reactivate your old Freedom Mobile Number.

  • Must visit a Freedom Mobile retail location to purchase a new SIM card, complete a new activation, and select a new phone number.

If you requested to cancel your service and ported out your number, you can reactivate Freedom Mobile service with your old number by visiting a Freedom Mobile retail location. You’ll need to perform a new activation with a new SIM and rate plan, and port your number back to Freedom Mobile.

Cancelled due to Non-Payment

If your service is cancelled due to non-payment, you’ll need to visit a store to get reconnected. During your visit, you’ll need to pay any outstanding balance, receive a new SIM card and phone number, and cover any applicable fees, including a Connection Fee.

Find a store to get started, and an in-store representative can help guide you through the next steps.
