What is your return/exchange policy?

Our Return Policy is simple!

If you find that you and your new Freedom Mobile product(s) aren’t a perfect match within 15 days, return to the store where you made your purchase and we will provide a refund or an exchange, as long as:

  • You have not used more than 50% of the monthly data included with your service, and

  • The product(s) are in like new condition, including the original packaging, accessories and receipt (shipping confirmation is required for online purchases).

Charges

  • If you return the product(s) and cancel your services within 15 days, the MyTab will not be charged; however, you will be required to pay for any pay-per-use usage charges, including long distance minutes, roaming charges.

  • Top-up Vouchers, used for Prepaid accounts, including one-time fees (e.g. Connection fees) are not eligible for refunds.

Purchases ordered at a Retail store

  • If you purchased your product from a retail store, please visit the same location where you made your purchase to complete the return.

Purchases ordered online or via Customer Care

  • If you purchased your device via online or through Customer Care, use the provided return shipping label to complete the return.
