Setting Up An Account PIN

Your account PIN is a four-digit number, which is required to access to your account. When you activate service, you’ll receive a text with a temporary PIN which you’ll need to log into your account for the first time. Here you will be asked to select a new PIN. 

Keep in mind your new PIN cannot be in the following configuration: 

  • 1234, 0000-9999, or 

  • Last 4 digits of your phone number. 

Take the following steps if you know your current PIN, and would like to select a new one: 

Step 1: Login to MyAccount

Step 2: Click On "Manage Profile"

After logging in, you will land on the Dashboard, where you can see an overview of your Current Balance, Billing Period, and Last Payment – as well as various links to view other sections of your MyAccount. Click on the “Manage Profile” button.

Step 3: Review the "My Profile" Page

On this page you can view the contact information on file including your email address, alternative phone numbers and billing address. To change your PIN, scroll down, and click on the “Change PIN” button.

Step 4: Change Your PIN

Enter your old PIN, new PIN, and confirm your new PIN. Make sure your new PIN is secure (don’t use 1234, 1111, etc.). Once you’ve correctly filled the 3 fields, click “Save”.

Step 5: Confirmation

Your PIN has successfully been changed, and you can now log into your MyAccount with this new PIN.
