Signal Strength Indicators

The LED light colours on your Nokia gateway allow you to check the signal strength:

  • Blue blinking LED light indicates that the device is searching for signal.

  • Green LED light indicates good signal strength.

  • Yellow LED light indicates fair signal strength.

  • Red LED light indicates poor signal strength.

You can also use the Nokia WiFi App to check signal strength.

If signal strength is poor, we recommend powering off the device and moving it to a location in your home where you receive strong reception on your Freedom Mobile phone, such as near a window or on a shelf to receive better signal.
