How To: Manage Your Freedom TV Channels

Overview

You can update your Freedom TV plan at any time by adding or removing channels, Theme Packs, or other TV options.

Depending on the type of change, updates may take effect right away or at the start of your next billing cycle.

Adding Channels or Theme Packs

When you add channels or Theme Packs:

  • Changes take effect immediately.

  • You’ll have access to your new content right away.

  • Charges are prorated from the date the change is made through the end of the month.

Removing Channels or Theme Packs

When you remove channels or Theme Packs:

  • Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • You’ll continue to have access to the channels until the end of the current month.

Billing Changes

When you add or remove channels and theme parks you bill will be impacted in the following ways:

  • Added services are billed immediately on a prorated basis.

  • Removed services are billed through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Your next bill will reflect your updated TV plan.

Steps in My Account

You can update your Freedom TV plan through My Account. Once logged into My Account

  1. Select the Manage Internet & TV option.

  2. Scroll to the TV section.

  3. Select Change My Plan.

  4. Update your Theme Packs or A La Carte channel selections.


Once your changes are submitted, they’ll take effect based on the type of update. You’ll see your updated selections reflected in your account once everything is processed.
