How do I return my home internet equipment?

You can return your modem in three easy steps:

  1. To begin an return your home internet equipment, please message us and select "Billing, Payments & Account Maintenance."  After contacting us, we will email you a pre-paid Canada Post return shipping label.

  2. Package your modem and cables into any box and affix the shipping label that you were emailed.  No printer? No problem.  Just show the label on your phone when dropping the box at a Canada Post outlet and they will print the label for you.

  3. Drop your modem off at the nearest Canada Post outlet.
