How To: Change a SIM Card in My Account

Overview

Once multi-factor authentication has been completed, you can complete a SIM Card change in My Account.

SIM Card changes are limited to Account Holders and Authorized Users only.

Steps in My Account

Once logged into My Account, follow the steps below to complete a SIM Card change:

  1. Navigate to the Plan & Device section.

  2. Click Manage SIM/eSIM.

  3. Select between a Physical SIM or eSIM.

Important: To complete a change to eSIM, you’ll need to confirm your device is eSIM compatible by entering your device’s IMEI.

4.. Accept the terms and conditions and click Confirm & Change SIM.
