How Do I Change My Rate Plan?

Step 1: Login to MyAccount

Step 2: Click On Manage Plans and Addons

After logging in, you will land on the Dashboard, which provides an overview of account billing information – as well as various links to view other sections of your MyAccount. Click on the “Manage Plans and Addons” button.

Step 3: Review Your Rate Plan Details

On the Plan & Addons page, you will see information about your plan, device, addons, one time passes, features, and other services. Click the “Change Plan” button to proceed.

Step 4: Change Your Rate Plan

On the “Change Plan” page, you will see your current plan, and a list of available plans for you to switch to. Scroll down to view all the options, and once you’ve found the plan you’re looking for, click the “Change to this Plan” button.

Step 5: Accept MyTab Balance

Read and accept the terms of the Rate Plan Change. If you have not paid off the MyTab for your device, you will have to pay the outstanding balance before continuing. Otherwise, you’ll see a button to “Confirm" (go to step 10).

Step 6: Make A Payment

Select a payment option - If “Pay with a Credit Card” is selected, click the “Continue” button. Note: This page will only display if you have an outstanding balance to pay.

Step 7: Enter the Outstanding MyTab Amount Owing

This amount must be equal to or greater than the amount owing and click the “Continue” button.

Step 8: Select Payment Option

You’ll have the option to use a saved credit card “Pay by Saved Credit Card”, or enter the details of a new credit card “Pay By New Credit Card”. Click the “Continue” button.

Step 9: Confirm Payment Details

Confirm the payment amount, and your credit card number. Click the “Submit” button to complete your Rate Plan Change.

Step 10: Confirmation

Your Rate Plan has been successfully changed! If you see an error page, it may be because of one of the following: you have already completed a Rate Plan Change in the past 30 days, or your payment did not go through.
