Resetting an Account PIN via MyAccount

Step 1: Access MyAccount

Click on the “Forgot PIN?” link on the login page.

Step 2: Submit Your Forgot PIN Request

Enter your Freedom Mobile phone number, complete the ReCaptcha, and click the “Submit” button.

Step 3: Check Your Email

You will receive a “Reset PIN” email to the email address associated with your account.

Step 4: Click the Link in the Email

Open the email and click the “Click here” link. Note: This link has a one-time-use and will expire in a few hours!

Step 5: Verify Your Personal Information

To reset you PIN you’ll need to verify your date of birth and postal code and click the “Continue” button.

Step 6: Enter a New PIN

Enter a new PIN into the “New PIN” field, and then again in the “Confirm New PIN” field and click the “Submit” button. Keep in mind your new PIN cannot be in the following configuration: 1234, 0000-9999, or the last 4 digits of your phone number.

Step 7: Log Into MyAccount

Your PIN has successfully been changed!
