Returns or Exchanges for Hardware Upgrades

Here's all you need to know if you want to return or exchange your device upgraded through Call Centre or on Freedom Mobile website. 

Where to bring it, and what to bring with you?

Come by one of the following Freedom Mobile stores to refund or exchange it, as long as you meet the following criteria.

It is within 15 days of the product being delivered by mail.

The product must be in like-new condition, with all packaging and accessories.

You have not used more than 50% of the monthly data included with your service.

You have a printed copy of the order confirmation you received by email.

You have the credit card used to place the order, and are the card holder.

Note: If you purchased your handset through a Freedom Mobile store, come by the same Freedom Mobile store to refund or exchange it.
